2016 Homer Simpson Award: It is actually going to two people: Tim Fricke #62 (Sprint Car Driver) & Rick Scholl (Push Truck Driver) (Tim Fricke (Sprint Car) ran into the Eagle Raceway Push truck that Rick was driving going across the track. We aren’t really sure who is at fault which is why both of them are receiving the award. Definitely a “DOH” moment)

2016 Most Memorable Award: Damon Richards #67 (He had one of the most memorable crashes this year, Damon went flipping in the air over the finish line while the checkered flags were flying… He also tested out our new transponders for us. The car was 10 feet in the air, upside down going over the transponder loop and our new scoring system still registered him as crossing)
