MINORS ENTERING THE PIT AREA MUST HAVE MINOR PAPERWORK TURNED IN OR WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS
If anyone is bringing a minor into the pit area (age 17 or younger) you will need to get all of your paperwork into the office to receive a Minor Pit ID card for the 2022 season. If you get this done soon, we can mail you your Minor Pit ID Card ahead of time and you can save a lot of time in line the first night.
To get a Minor Pit ID for a Minor age 14-17, you must turn in a NOTARIZED Minor Release with both custodial parents/guardians signatures on the release. (If you have full custody, you must note it on the form for it to be valid). You must also turn in age verification for the minor (Copy of Birth Certificate or State issued ID)
To get a Minor Pit ID for a Minor age 0-13, you must turn in a NOTARIZED Minor Release with both custodial parents/guardians signatures on the release. (If you have full custody, you must note it on the form for it to be valid). Age verification is not necessary for minors age 13 and younger.
NOTES ABOUT MINORS IN THE PITS: Minors cost THE SAME amount as adults in the pit area. Minors age 13 and younger must be with an adult AT ALL TIMES in the pit area. Minors 13 and younger will receive a separate pit band in order for Eagle Raceway to monitor this. If a minor with a 13 or younger pit band is noticed unsupervised or causing an issue, they may be escorted to the grandstand area and lose pit area privledges for the rest of the season. If we do not receive age verification for a minor who is age 14-17, they will receive a Minor 13 and younger band and need to be with an adult at all times until we receive such verification. Minors with a 13 and younger band are absolutely NOT allowed to drive ATVs, UTVs or Pit Bikes on Eagle Raceway property.
