Hometown:  Grew up in Fairmont, Mn.  Moved to Sioux Falls, SD. Now live in Lincoln, Ne.

Years In Racing:  Started in a Midget back in High School in 1979.  On and off for a number of years in different classes. Back into Sprints for the last 7 yrs.

Occupation:  One of the sprint techs at Speedway Motors

Crew Members:  Rob Klinghagen, Larry Russell, Mark Helming, Justin Scholten (son), Special Thanks to Dave Benton

Family:  wife- Molly,  daughters- Megan and Tara,  sons- Justin and Chris  Jim &  Linda Edgington and  Gene & Carol McCluskey

Racing Accomplishments:  Biggest one is... Still having the passion and ability to do this 30 some years later!

Short Bio:  Grew up around racing.  Dad raced during the 60's and 70's thru Minnesota and Iowa.  I guess its in the blood.  Seven years ago my best friend from back in high school comes over and said he had a plan for us to go racing again for a while.  He said he always wanted to be able to have a car run at Knoxville, and we did.  He passed away on us about a year and a half ago and we only ran about 6 times last year.  The rest of us thought it would be nice to make this year a tribute to him...
