Back Pack Night gets rained out after intermission

Unfortunately, Back Pack Night presented by Colby Ridge was rained out just as the NAPA IMCA Sport Modified B Feature was lining up. Threatening weather had been seen approaching “America’s Home Track” Eagle Raceway throughout the evening, and just after the young fans had been treated to rides in actual race cars on the high banks the skies opened up and called a halt to racing for the evening.  We got all heat races in for the evening, so there will not be any rain checks issued.  This is our policy which is posted at the front ticket booth and on our website.

There will be no racing on the big track the weekend of August 13th and 14th as Maxxis and Uncle Frank’s presents the Midwest Champion Kart Series Kart Nationals will be held at Mini E Raceway.Visit http://www.eagleraceway.com/LittleEagle/?p=377 for more information.

Eagle Raceway will be back in action on Saturday August 20th for Junior Fan Club and Scout Night. All Scouts in uniform will receive free front gate admission and there will be a $1000 money grab on the front stretch during intermission for all kids. Happy D Klown will be there from 5:30 ‘til 7:30 and there will be a Happy Hour for the adults from 6-7.  Front Gate Admission: Adults(13+) $10, Youth(12 & under) Free. (there are no rain checks from 8-6-11)  Front gates open at 5:30, hot laps start at 5:30 with racing at 6:30. Action for the Budweiser 360 Sprints, RevHoney IMCA Modifieds, NAPA IMCA Sport Modifieds, Valentino’s IMCA Hobby Stocks and Exhaust Pros IMCA Sport Compacts will kick off with make-up features in all classes followed by a full program for all of the competitors. Double the action for one low price!!

Eagle Raceway Rainout Policy:

If the race program rains out before the heat races are complete, you will be able to use your ticket stub for the following regular Saturday night race only. You must have your ticket stub to be admitted in free. If you cannot come to the next regular scheduled race, you may contact the raceway office (within 5 days of the rainout) at 402/238-2595 to get a full refund. You must have your ticket stub to get a refund.  No exceptions. There will be no refunds for special events that are rained out and rescheduled. All complimentary pass holders will be admitted free, as long as you have a ticket stub issued from the front gate. You will not get a refund since the ticket is complimentary.

If the races rain out after the last heat race is complete, the race program will be considered a full show and there will be no rain checks or refunds issued.

Eagle Raceway would like to remind all of our patrons that we are an outside entertainment facility, and like all outside entertainment facilities, we cannot control Mother Nature. We ask all of you to please read our rainout policy before purchasing your tickets. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
