Awards Ceremony Info-
The Mid-Season Championship Awards Ceremony will be held on
July 7, 2012 at Eagle Raceway in the Eagle Raceway Pavillion Area at 4:00PM. Food
will be served from 4:00PM to 4:30PM, awards ceremony will begin at 4:45PM, and
entry into the grandstands at 5:30PM. Tickets are on sale now and are $5 each.
All tickets must be ordered and paid for by Monday, July 2nd so that
we can make sure that we have enough food prepared for everyone. Your ticket
includes: Entry into the Mini E Raceway Mid-Season Championship ceremony, food
and drink at the championship ceremony, grandstand entry into that night’s
races, and the opportunity to participate in the kart display in the courtyard
during the races, and the kart exhibition during intermission in front of the
crowd. If you want to participate in the kart display and exhibition, you must
contact Racine at the office (402)238-2595 by July 5th. Remember, our
rules state… Each driver’s best
8 out of 9 races will be used for Mid-Season Points. Rainouts will not count.
Ex- There is a rainout during a Mid-Season Points race- So it would change to
best 7 out of 8 races for the Mid-Season Points. So whatever your points are on
the last Mid-Season Points Races will change that week since your worst race’s
points will be thrown out. Awards will be given to the top 8 in each class
(must have raced at least 75% of the points races to receive awards.)
To order and purchase tickets… Either call the office to order with a credit card, or order and pay with cash/check at the Driver Check-in window on any upcoming go-kart race night (must be ordered and paid for by July 5th).
