MINI E RACEWAY REGISTERED DRIVERS, PIT STALLS PURCHASED & MINOR RELEASES COMPLETED as of 03/31/17

2017 Registered Drivers (THANK YOU!) –Season Registration is $20

Some notes for drivers/parents: REMEMBER, RaceCeivers are REQUIRED. You can purchase them online, through an authorized dealer such as Precise Racing Products or you can purchase them at the track. We will have only a couple to rent for a fee and a credit card number to hold. We DO NOT RENT earpieces, so if you will need to bring your own or purchase one from us. Transponders are Free to rent as long as you fill out a transponder agreement and we get them back at the end of the night. You must have either a transponder clip or a transponder pouch. We will have pouches for sale for $15/each on race nights.

Minor Paperwork completed or partially completed:

OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES: Any Minor age 17 or younger that is entering the pit area with either a Driver Pass or a Hot (Crew) Pass must have a Minor release with BOTH PARENTS/GUARDIANS SIGNATURES notarized or authorized track official witnessed for the form to be valid for the season. The only exceptions for only one parent/guardian’s signature is if one parent has sole custody or one parent/guardian is deceased (This must be noted on the form for it to be considered valid). We will also need a copy of any minor driver’s birth certificate or state issued photo ID. Minors that are just getting a spectator pass do not need a minor release on file, however they must have an adult to sign them into the track each night that is going to be responsible for the minor. Minors should be monitored by someone over the age of 18 at all times. Any person with a spectator pass may not enter “Hot Pass Zones”.
