Here is the link to order grandstand tickets. Please make sure that you read the guidelines below that were approved by the health department so that you know what to expect ahead of time during this first phase of opening back up
 
 
PHASE ONE EVENT SAFETY PLAN THAT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY CASS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT:
 
GENERAL ADMISSION AREA SAFETY PLAN:
-We will begin with pre-sales of up to 1,600 tickets for the grandstand area online or on site for each event. More tickets may become available if the pit area is not full by the Thursday Morning before the event. Each total event including pits and stands should not reach more than a maximum of 3,000 people minus employees and essential workers/subcontracted help. Gold and Silver Season Passes are already included in the capacity and do not need to purchase a ticket. Regular Event “Be our guest” and “Buy One Get One Free” Coupons are not valid for this event. Corporate passes are not valid unless negotiated.
-No more than 6 people should sit together. The groups of six or less should sit 6 ft apart from any other person or group.
-No one should be congregating outside of their seating area. No Congregation will be allowed behind the grandstand area.
-Sanitizing Stations will be available in Specified areas near the ticket booth, bathrooms and any concession stand.
-Concessions will be open for spectators to get meals and take them back to their seating area to eat.
-If a line should form anywhere, patrons are recommended to leave six foot spacing between them and the next person/group. We will have markings on the ground to guide them.
-Sunflower Seeds and Peanuts will NOT be allowed in the grandstand area.
-We will have small trash bags available at the front gate if anyone wants a trash bag to put their trash in. We will have announcements throughout the event to encourage spectators to please put their trash in the trash cans.
-Announcements will be made throughout the night about social distancing guidelines.
-Masks or face coverings are recommended for spectators.
-Children activities will not take place in this 1st phase. Children are also not allowed to congregate outside of their seating area. Kid’s must be supervised by an adult at all times. (No kid’s money grabs, no bounce houses, no clowns or face painting, playing in the courtyard etc.)
-A live stream pay per view will be available to those that are not able to come to the event.
-Grandstand patrons should not enter the pit area after the races conclude unless they are riding home with family that is in the pit area.
-Grandstand patrons will be dismissed by sections and rows by the announcers after the event concludes.
-Fans are recommended to follow social distancing guidelines in the parking lot. We will have signage of social distancing recommendations.
-Fans are encouraged not to attend the races if they have been experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as Fever, Shortness of Breath or Cough. If you have pre-existing health conditions or are considered “at risk” we recommend not attending.
 
PARTICIPANT PIT AREA SAFETY PLAN:
-The Pit area will open at 3:30PM. Trailers will not be allowed to enter the pit area until the time the pit area opens.
-Pre-registration for the event for participants is required for drivers in this phase. Drivers will have to register for each specific event they wish to participate in by the Wednesday before the event by midnight. On the registration, the driver should list how many pit crew members they plan to have coming with them into their pit area. (one driver and up to 5 pit crew members will be allowed on the registration.)We can accommodate up to 1,200 drivers and crew members in the pit area. If we have less then that registered to come by Wednesday at midnight, we will sell the remaining amount of capacity to either the pit area or grandstands. Each total event including Pit and Grandstands should not reach more than a maximum of 3,000 people minus employees and essential workers/subcontracted help. “Be Our Guest” Pit Passes are not Valid for this event.
-When going to watch the races from the pit area, crews can stand or sit together but should space themselves out at least six feet from other people watching.
-There should be no congregating outside of a crew’s designated pit area.
-Lineups will be posted online and pit meetings will be done online or via raceceiver.
-Masks or face coverings are recommended when not in designated pit area
-Pit Concession will be open for participants and crew to get meals and take them back to their pit spot to eat.
-If a line should form anywhere, patrons are recommended to leave six foot spacing between them and the next person/group. We will have markings on the ground to guide them.
-Hand Sanitizing Stations will be available next to the Concession, Bathroom and entrance.
-Drivers and crews should only enter the general admission area for concession items that are not available to them in the pit concession.
-Trash bags will be distributed to each crew upon their entry. Announcements will be made throughout the night to remind drivers to put their trash in a trash can or take their trash home with them. Driver’s may receive a fine if trash is left in their pit area.
 
STAFF AND CONCESSIONS SAFETY PLAN:
-Staff members will be provided with appropriate PPE such as gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer.
-Food will not be “self-service” and will need to be ordered from a staff member.
-Condiments will not be self service as usual and will instead be distributed in portion cups or packets.
-Cashiers will not touch food items.
-A staff and essential personnel safety and security meeting will be held ahead of time.
-Staff will be kept 6ft apart when possible.
-There will be a staff member dedicated strictly to sanitation. Logs should be kept of cleaning schedules.
