But, the track prep crew worked long and hard and racing went on at Freedom Fest presented by Jack Daniels Saturday evening. by Greg Soukup As if to apologize for causing the previous night’s racing to be cancelled, Mother Nature gave racers and fans at Eagle Raceway a picture-perfect night for the second evening of the Eagle Nationals presented by TBJ Promotions Saturday evening. The only significant incident in the preliminary competition came in the 4th heat of the Lucas Oil ASCS National Series sprints when Jeff Osborn flipped his car in turn 1. Friday, June 10ths Eagle Nationals have been cancelled due to more than expected amounts of rain. We will race Saturday, June 11th as planned. TBJ Promotions and Eagle Raceway would like to invite the fans out early on Saturday for a Pre-Race pit party!
