OPEN HOUSE PRACTICE- NOTICE DATE CHANGED TO SUN, APRIL 11TH

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE!  CHANGE OF PLANS FOR PRACTICES: The Eagle Raceway Practice that was scheduled for Saturday, April 10^th has been postponed until Sunday, April 11^th since we are receiving more rain tonight. The gokart practice that was scheduled for Sunday, April 11^th is tentatively being rescheduled for Sunday, April 18^th. The 2020 Eagle Raceway Awards ceremony times have not changed. So here is the new schedule for this weekend and next:

This Weekend:
Eagle Raceway Practice:
Saturday, April 10^th: No Practice (using this day to dry and rework the track)
Sunday, April 11^th: Eagle Raceway Practice and 2020 Eagle Raceway Awards Ceremony
Eagle Raceway Practice: Pit Gate opens at 11AM – Grandstand Gate opens at 11:30AM – Practice from 12PM-3PM
2020 Eagle Raceway Awards Ceremony: Awards Presentation starts at 4PM

Next Weekend:
Friday, April 16^th: Icebreaker Challenge Day 1
Saturday, April 17^th: Icebreaker Challenge Day 2
Sunday, April 18^th: Mini E Raceway Gokart Practice: Gate opens at 12:30PM – Rookies Practice from 1-2PM – All Classes practice from 2-4:30PM (NOTE: THIS IS ALSO THE RAIN DATE FOR THE ICEBREAKER CHALLENGE, SO IF ONE OF THE ICEBREAKER CHALLENGE DAYS RAINS OUT, WE WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE GOKART PRACTICE AGAIN)

Grandstand Gate admission is FREE for Open House Practice.
Food/Beverage is not allowed to be brought into the grandstands.  Limited Concession Menu. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pit Passes are $15

MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA- OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES: All minors cost the same as adults in the pit area. Minors need to have a new minor release form filled out for each new season. 
Minors age 13 and under: Minors 13 and under will receive a special pit band. Children 13 and younger must be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES. If a minor with a 13 and under band is witnessed unsupervised or causing an issue, they will be escorted out and lose Pit privileges for the season. Minors age 13 and under must have a Minor Release signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2021 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). Minors age 13 and under will not be granted pit access if the minor release is not completed fully (BOTH PARENTS SIGNATURES WITNESSED)
Minors age 14-17: ALL Minors that will be purchasing a PIT PASS must have a COMPLETED minor release and copy of birth certificate or State ID/Drivers License number on file with the track. Have your I.D. or birth certificate available for age verification! Minor Releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2021 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). If only one parent has signed the release, it will ONLY BE VALID for the race night THAT IT IS RECEIVED….

NOTE THAT THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT MINOR RELEASE WAIVERS WITH DIFFERENT INSTRUCTION STARTING IN 2021.
