9PM-6PM: Drivers Pre-Technical Inspection at the French Grimes Tech Shed
9:30AM-11AM: Breakfast Available in the Pit Concession
11AM: Happy D Klown Concession Trailer opens for lunch in the courtyard
9AM-3PM: Shower Rooms available in the Pit Garage
5PM: Grandstand Gate & Pit Ticket Booth Opens 
5:30-7PM: Race of Champions drivers must Checkin during this time
6-8:45PM: Hot Laps/Practice
8:45-9PM: Intermission/Track Prep
9PM: Precise Racing Products Race of Champions Qualifying Heat Races
Following: Pit Party with DJ/Karaoke, Race Replays and Discounted Melon Drinks, Beer, Jello Shots & Shooters (Melon Bar Open in the Pits until 1AM)

GRANDSTAND ADMISSION FOR THURSDAY PORTION: Grandstand Gate General Admission: ADULT (13+): $3,  YOUTH (6-12): FREE, CHILD (5 & under): FREE. (Ticket prices include the tax) Single Day tickets for IMCA Sprint Car RaceSaver Nationals™ are not sold in advance, please purchase your ticket at the grandstand ticket office on the day of the event. DISCOUNTED 4-DAY GA GRANDSTAND ADMISSION PASSES ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FOR $55. The 4-day passes must be purchased by August 28th to receive the special discounted rate. . IMCA Sprint Car RaceSaver Nationals™ Weekend IS A SPECIAL EVENT. Silver Passes and Regular Event Passes are not valid.
There is an additional $1.00 per ticket processing fee when using a credit/debit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover are accepted at the Grandstand ticket office. Food/Beverage is not allowed to be brought into the grandstands.  Thank you for your cooperation.

CAMPING: Camp, Tailgate, Race, Repeat. Reserved Camping with 30 Amp Electrical Hookups will be available for $150. (RESERVED CAMPING IS SOLD OUT)  Spaces are 18x30ft.   If you do not need electricity you may camp in the specified non-reserved camping areas for a $20 fee. Please Follow all signs and directions of parking lot attendants. Campers may not park in general parking areas.

PIT ADMISSION: Pit Passes for THURSDAY PORTION are $15. (Pit Gate does NOT accept credit/debit cards) DISCOUNTED 4-DAY PIT PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE PIT SHACK ON RACEDAY FOR ONLY $105/ea 

DRIVER INFO: All Race of Champions Drivers should check in, draw and pick up a rental transponder at the “John Hart Pit Garage” by 7PM. Any driver that checks in at 7:01pm or after is late and will start in the back of their heat race.  Drivers must also show their 2022 IMCA License or proof of purchase to the official at Driver Check-in the first night that they race.  RaceCeivers are mandatory for drivers, please check to make sure they are working properly at each event night. Rental transponders should be turned in EVERY NIGHT after the event to be charged up for the next day. Event entry for Sprint Cars is only $20 if entered before August 23rd.  Late entry anytime after August 23th is $100.

MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA- OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES:  All minors cost the same as adults in the pit area. Minors need to have a new minor release form filled out for each new season. 
All Minors (Age 17 and younger) must have a Minor Release signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2021 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). Children age 13 and younger must be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES. If a minor age 13 and under is witnessed unsupervised or causing an issue, they will be escorted out and lose Pit privileges for the season.
