There is an additional $1.00 per ticket processing fee when using a credit card at the Ticket Office. (We suggest bringing Cash because the Credit Card line takes longer because of the time it takes to process.)
(We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express at the Ticket Office. Only the Main Concession Stand, and Pit Concession Stand accept credit cards, all other concessions and beer stands are CASH ONLY. There is however an ATM Machine available in the Main Entry way on the East side of the Main Concession.)
Food/Beverage is not allowed to be brought into the grandstands.  Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets are not permitted in the grandstand area.

PIT AREA INFO:

Pit Gate opens at 3:30pm, Pit Passes are $30. IMCA National and State points will be awarded.

-DRIVER CHECKIN: Drivers should check in and pick up a rental transponder at the John Hart Memorial pit garage by 6PM. Any driver that checks in at 6:01pm or after is late and will start in the back of their heat race.
-REGULAR SEASON REGISTRATION: Drivers must be registered for the regular season to compete.

-TRANSPONDERS: Bring a credit card to your 1st driver check-in of 2022 to put on file for a rental transponder. (We do not charge the card unless the transponder is not returned in the condition it was rented.) Late fees may apply if you do not turn in on time.
-IMCA LICENSES: Drivers must show their 2022 IMCA License or proof of purchase.  If you purchase an IMCA License at the track it costs $20 more then purchasing it directly from IMCA. Please save yourself the money and purchase your license ahead of time.
-RACECEIVERS: RaceCeivers are mandatory. Channel 454.00

MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA- OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES:  All minors cost the same as adults in the pit area. Minors need to have a new minor release form filled out for each new season. 
Minors age 13 and under: Minors 13 and under will receive a special pit band. Children 13 and younger must be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES. If a minor with a 13 and under band is witnessed unsupervised or causing an issue, they will be escorted out and lose Pit privileges for the season. Minors age 13 and under must have a Minor Release signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2022 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). Minors age 13 and under will not be granted pit access if the minor release is not completed fully (BOTH PARENTS SIGNATURES WITNESSED)
Minors age 14-17: ALL Minors that will be purchasing a PIT PASS must have a COMPLETED minor release and copy of birth certificate or State ID/Drivers License number on file with the track. Have your I.D. or birth certificate available for age verification! Minor Releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2022 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). If only one parent has signed the release, it will ONLY BE VALID for the race night THAT IT IS RECEIVED….

DEMO DERBY DRIVER INFO:
Drivers must be checked in and teched by 6:15PM. 90s & Newer Hobo Demo Derby is after the last A Feature. There will be a mandatory derby drivers meeting at 6:15PM.
