There is an additional $1.00 per ticket processing fee when using a credit card at the Ticket Office.
(We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express at the Ticket Office, Only the Main Concession Stand, and Pit Concession Stand accept credit cards, all other concessions and beer stands are CASH ONLY. There is however an ATM Machine available in the Main Entry way on the East side of the Main Concession.)
Food/Beverage is not allowed to be brought into the grandstands.  Thank you for your cooperation.

KIDS 12 and under: Join Eagle Raceway’s Colby Ridge Jr. Fan Club at the track on any race night FOR FREE at the Colby Ridge Jr. Fan Club & Program Booth just to the the left after you walk through the main gate! Receive a punch card for a free Colby Ridge popcorn each night, take photos with the race winners on Jr. Fan Club Nights and More!

Pit Gate opens at 4pm, Pit Passes are $30. IMCA National, Regional, State and Track Points will be awarded. Drivers should check in and pick up a rental transponder at the John Hart Memorial pit garage by 6:30PM. Any driver that checks in at 6:31pm or after is late and will start in the back of their heat race. Drivers must be registered for the regular season to compete. Pre-registration is FREE if it is turned into the office by February 1st 2020. Driver Registration forms are available on the website at this link: http://www.eagleraceway.com/EagleRaceway/driver-info/forms/ . After that date, late regular season driver registration is $25. Drivers must also show their 2020 IMCA License or proof of purchase and a credit card to be put on file for a rental transponder to the official at Driver Check-in the first night they compete at Eagle Raceway for the calendar year.

ATTENTION MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA- OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES: MINORS AGE 13 or younger are normally not allowed in the pit area for regular events, however, until Eagle Raceway is allowed to have 100% capacity, we will be allowing all ages in the pits. Children cost the same as adults, and Children 13 and younger must be in the care of an adult at ALL TIMES. ALL Minors that will be purchasing a PIT PASS must have a COMPLETED minor release and copy of birth certificate or State ID/Drivers License number on file with the track. Have your I.D. or birth certificate available for age verification! Please note: Minors need to have a new form filled out for each new season. Minor Releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2020 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). If only one parent has signed the release, it will ONLY BE VALID for the race night THAT IT IS RECEIVED…. COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES FOR PHASE 3:

GENERAL ADMISSION AREA GUIDLINES:
-A Maximum of 6500 people will be granted access in the grandstand area  minus employees and essential workers/subcontracted help. Tickets will be sold at the Eagle Raceway Ticket office the day of the event.

-No more than 8 people should sit together. The groups of 8 or less should sit 6 ft apart from any other person or group.
-Please do not congregate outside of your seating area. 
-Sanitizing Stations will be available in Specified areas near the ticket booth, bathrooms and any concession stand.
-Yes, Concessions will be open for spectators. Food will not be self service, and you must ask for condiments if you need them.
-If a line should form anywhere, you should keep 6 ft distance between themselves and the next person/group in line.
-Sunflower Seeds and Peanuts will be allowed only if the shells are being put into a container or trash bag for the patron to dispose of.
-We will have small trash bags available at the front gate if anyone wants one to put their trash in. Please put your trash in a trash can. We need your help to keep Eagle Raceway clean.
-Masks or face coverings are recommended for spectators.
-Children 12 and younger are to be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES. No Kids activities will take place during phase 3 (such as Kids Money Grabs, Kids Car rides etc.) Kid’s are not to congregate outside of their seating area. 
-A live stream pay per view will be available to those that are not able to come to the event.
-Fans are recommended to follow social distancing guidelines in the parking lot before and after the races.
-Please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as Fever, Cough or Shortness of Breath. 

 

PARTICIPANT PIT AREA GUIDELINES:
-A maximum of 2500 people will be granted Pit area access minus staff and essential workers/subcontracted help.

-Drivers are recommended to be pre-registered for the season before arrival to cut down on any paperwork/lines.
-Trailers will not be allowed to enter the pit area until the time the pit gate opens at 3:30.
-When going to watch the races from the pit area, crews can stand or sit together but should space themselves out at least six feet from other people watching.
-Signage of social distancing guidelines will be posted
-Lineups will be posted online and pit meetings will be done online or via raceceiver.
-Masks or face coverings are recommended when not in designated pit area.
-Yes, Pit Concession will be open for participants and crew to get meals. Ask for condiments if you need them.
-If a line should form anywhere, patrons should keep 6 ft distance between themselves and the next person/group in line.
-Hand Sanitizing Stations will be available next to the Concession, Bathroom and entrance.
-Trash bags will be distributed to each crew upon their entry. Please put your trash in a trash can or take your trash home with you. Driver’s may receive a fine if trash is left in their pit area.
