100% of proceeds from hotdog sales at Eagle Raceway on Saturday, July 14th 2018 benefit Tim Kozak and his Family to help with any medical or living expenses they may have over his period of recovery. Concession Stands included in this benefit/sale are: The Pit Area Concession, Main Grandstand Concessions, Pizza/Wing Concessions, Outdoor Bar & Grill, Taco/Pretzel stand, and there may also be hawkers selling them throughout the stands. Special pricing on Hotdogs will be $3.00. Let’s raise some money to help our racing family and eat some wieners! This benefit excludes hotdogs sold at the concession trailer in the courtyard. Food is provided and sponsored by Sysco, Eagle Raceway, Rotellas, Fairbury & John Morrell. Rain Date for this special/benefit is Saturday, July 21st 2018
Pit Gate open at 4:00pm, Pit Passes are $25. IMCA National, Regional, State and Track Points will be awarded. Drivers should check in and pick up a rental transponder at the pit garage by 5:15PM. Any driver that checks in at 5:16pm or after is late and will start in the back of their heat race.
ATTENTION MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA- OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES: MINORS AGE 13 or younger are NOT allowed in the pit area for regular events. ALL Minors ages 14-17 that will be purchasing a PIT PASS must have a COMPLETED minor release and copy of birth certificate or State ID/Drivers License number on file with the track. Have your I.D. or birth certificate available for age verification! Please note: Minors need to have a new form filled out for each new season. Minor Releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2018 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid).
